UAE has developed very much in the past few years attracting tourists from all over the world. With its beautiful beaches, nice sunny weather, rich culture, shopping in huge malls, and pure luxury lifestyle, UAE especially Dubai and Abu Dhabi are considered paradise for tourists. Hundreds and thousands of visitors come to tour these cities and experience the luxury lifestyle these cities are a trademark for.

English is widely spoken in Dubai and Abu Dhabi. In fact, the restaurant menus, roadside signs, and other common information is usually presented both in English alongside Arabic which ensures that you have a quality time on your own without the need of a person to assist you.

These cities are amazing to pay a visit and contain many attractions for the tourists. Tourists are always welcome here however, you have to adopt a certain way of life as these are cities of an Islamic State and Islamic culture is implemented in the cities.

Burj Khalifa

Burj Khalifa is one of the most visited attractions in Dubai. Being the highest building of the world, Burj Khalifa attracts hundreds of individuals every day. The main interest of the people at Burj Khalifa are the mesmerizing views from the dizzying observation decks at the different tops of the building.

Mall of Emirates

Mall of Emirates is the biggest mall of Dubai and possesses a great deal of interest to the visitors. If you visit Dubai and do not go to Mall of Emirates, your visit is not complete.

The mall includes a ski center, an amazing cinema complex and 560 different boutiques. The biggest and most amazing thing at Mall of Emirates is its ski center. You can go to a ski center build inside of a mall in a dessert. This ski ring is the most exciting touring attraction to be found in Dubai. You can build snowmen, play with penguins, roll the down and enjoy other fun activities when you are at the ski center.

Dancing fountain

The dancing fountain of Dubai is the largest musical fountain in the world. It is a free tourist attraction of Dubai and one of the most popular site of the city.

When the performance begins, the powerful jets of fountain shoot water upwards to a height of 150 meters in harmony with the music and is illuminated by 6000 powerful small lights and 50 various color projectors.

The dancing fountain is a one of a kind site to pay a visit. The performance are held daily and last up to 5 minutes. The start performances start every half hour from 6 pm to 11 pm.

 

 

Dubai mall

Shopaholics around the world love Dubai mall. Dubai mall is the largest mall of the world by total area. The mall features over 1200 retail stores, hundreds of food and beverage outlets and two huge departmental stores. Over 70 different signature brand outlets are found in the Dubai mall to have an exclusive shopping experience.

Not only this, Dubai mall is the ultimate entertainment experience for kids as well as adults. Some of the entertainment aspects include the Dubai aquarium and underwater zoo, the ice rink of Dubai mall and Kidzania which is an amazing place to keep yourself busy.

Grand mosque in Abu Dhabi

The grand mosque known as Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque is one of the world’s largest mosques. This mosque is an amazing site for visitors and has a total capacity of 40000 worshipers at a time. It has 82 domes, 24 carat gilded chandeliers and the world’s largest hand knitted carpet.

The ideal time to visit this mosque is 4:30 pm. You can take photos and chill in the lovely breeze before beginning the tour.

Marina

Another site most visited by people in Dubai is the Dubai marina walk. Many people don’t know what to do when they reach marina walk in Dubai. There are plenty of things at Marina, including a paved beachfront walkway which is the Marina walk itself. This walkway has 305 outlets and 69 restaurants to keep you well entertained when you walking there.

  • Jumeirah Beach – The Jumeirah beach area is a place to pay a visit in Marina. There are different hotels and restaurants to Jumeirah where you can chill out for some time. There are many popular restaurants there but most of them do not serve alcohol due to city’s cultural restrictions. However, you can find alcoholic beverages in different bars and grills.
  • Covenant Garden Market – The covenant garden market is a nice alternative to the high end expensive malls of Dubai. They sell handmade jewelry, unique soaps, locally made clothes among many other things. You can take home a crafted cultural piece to commemorate your trip.
  • Cobblestone Boulevard – Cobblestone Boulevard is another walking zone where some public events are always taking place. It is particularly spacious especially during the weekends and walking over there is a real challenge. But, you can always find something interesting at Cobblestone Boulevard and have a good time at this place while you are visiting Dubai.
